BHD5100 This is a linear tube light. The power is from 10W to 60W. The beam angle is 100 degrees and 115 degrees. It is suitable for Zone2&22, when the ambient temperature is -30 degrees to 50 degrees. The surface temperature is T6 level.

Q1. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity.

Q2. Is it OK to print my logo on ex proof flood light?

 A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q3. How to deal with the faulty ex proof light?

 A:  Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. 

For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution according to real situation.

Precautions:

1. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble with electricity in flammable and explosive places.
2. Do not damage the explosion-proof surface during installation, and keep it clean. The fastening screws of the explosion-proof surface should be tightened evenly, and the explosion-proof surface should not be mixed with foreign matter.
3. For long-term use, it is necessary to regularly check whether the performance of the alarm is intact. If it fails or is damaged, it must be repaired by professionals.
