-----------A delegation led by Guo Jianguo, the Party Secretary of Shandong Technology and Business University, visited high-level talents and enterprises.


  On the afternoon of May 11th, Guo Jianguo, the Party Secretary of Shandong Technology and Business University, led a visit to Shandong Huading Weiyee Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Vice President Liu Bing and Du Shuguang, members of the Party Committee of the university, accompanied the visit. Liu Shangwei, the chairman of Huading Weiyee and a professor at the School of Information and Electrical Engineering of the university, and Zhao Zhenyang, the chairman of Dongyi Optoelectronics and a professor at the School of Information and Electrical Engineering of the university, warmly received them. Both sides of the university and the enterprise held in-depth discussions on issues such as industry-education integration, talent empowerment, and collaborative education.

During the discussion session, Secretary Guo Jianguo first introduced the school's strategic deployments in recent years regarding major optimization, talent introduction and cultivation, campus construction, and doctoral program development. He emphasized that the university adheres to the development philosophy of 'practical education, industry-education integration, and serving the local area', delves into applied-oriented education and connotative development, proactively aligns with national strategies and regional economic development needs, and fully promotes the organic connection between the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain, which is highly consistent with the national development orientation of deepening industry-education integration.

Secretary Guo pointed out that industry-university cooperation should be practical, efficient, and value-oriented. He welcomed enterprise executives to enter the campus to share their management and operation experience, as well as insights on entrepreneurship and innovation, convey excellent corporate culture, and help students accurately connect with social development needs.

Secretary Guo highly commended the two enterprises for their commitment to deeply engaging in fields vital to national economy and people's livelihood, technological innovation, and fulfilling social responsibilities. He stressed that both parties should uphold the concept of mutual support and win-win development to deepen all-round cooperation.

Its core technology products have been widely applied to benchmark projects in related industries. Chairman Liu stated that the enterprise has always adhered to the development philosophy of 'Innovation, Professionalism, Precision, and Integrity'. It hopes to use school-enterprise cooperation as a bridge to integrate current industrial demands, technical bottlenecks, and real cases into university talent cultivation, thereby enhancing students' employment adaptability and achieving collaborative empowerment between schools and enterprises. The enterprise has put forward systematic and practical cooperation plans covering joint teaching case development, horizontal project collaboration, joint R&D, platform co-construction, joint talent cultivation, and result transformation, which precisely aligns with the school's integrated development needs of science, education, and industry. Secretary Gu highly praised the enterprise's cooperation plans, considering them to be rooted in sentiment, practical, and focused on win-win outcomes. He noted that the school has made significant progress in natural sciences and engineering applications in recent years, particularly possessing a solid foundation in disciplines such as optoelectronics, control engineering, and computer science, which are highly aligned with the enterprise's development needs.
