Shandong Technology and Business University team visited Huading Weiyee for guidance and exchange.
On November 26th, a delegation led by Jia Haining, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shandong Technology and Business University, visited Huading Weiyee for guidance. Liu Shangwei, the Chairman of Huading Weiyee and a professor at the School of Information and Electrical Engineering of Shandong Technology and Business University, along with the company's senior management team, warmly welcomed and accompanied the delegation throughout their visit.

During the exhibition visit session, Chairman Liu Shangwei used the actual scene as the classroom and took the company's development history as an example to systematically introduce the growth path of the enterprise to Vice President Jia Haining and the group of teachers and students. The company adhered to the differentiated development strategy, focused on the path of specialization, innovation and excellence, and gradually became a leader in the field of intelligent explosion-proof lighting. This vividly demonstrated the innovative practice and industrial achievements under the empowerment of culture and technology.

Subsequently, the two sides held a discussion and exchange meeting, and officially unveiled the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Workshop".

Professor Liu Shangwei, Chairman of Huading Weiye, delivered a thought-provoking presentation to faculty and students, integrating corporate culture with innovative concepts. He emphasized that in the face of technological waves and AI transformation, students should cultivate scientific and dialectical thinking, proactively embrace the changing times, and continuously enhance their cognitive abilities and cultural literacy. He urged them to uphold altruism, first principles, and an innovative mindset—seeking opportunities amid change and achieving self-fulfillment through value creation.
He encouraged students to cherish their time at university, continuously enhance their personal capabilities and professional skills, and become “masters” in their respective fields of expertise.

Vice President Jia Haining expressed strong approval for this enterprise-based ideological and political education model. He noted that on-site visits and scenario-based teaching more effectively stimulate students' intellectual resonance and growth motivation. He stressed the need to bridge the gap between “classroom and factory floor,” fostering students' innovative thinking and problem-solving awareness. He also expressed hope that Professor Liu Shangwei, in his dual roles as entrepreneur and scholar, would continue serving as a bridge to support student development and university-enterprise integration.
