On December 6th, MBA students and teachers from the School of Business Administration of Shandong Technology and Business University, led by Secretary Yang Fengli, visited Huading Weiyee for an exchange. Accompanied by Liu Shangwei, the chairman of Huading Weiyee and a professor at the School of Information and Electrical Engineering of Shandong Technology and Business University, the students and teachers toured the company's exhibition hall. Liu Shangwei also shared a special course titled "Innovation in Science and Technology and Philosophical Management for High-Quality Development" with the students.

I. Culture as the Foundation: Strengthen the Organizational Vitality with "Filial Piety Culture" 

"Culture is the root of an enterprise, while rules and regulations are the branches." This statement reveals the essence of management. Just like a towering tree, its lush branches and leaves require a strong root system for support. The "filial piety culture" of China is precisely such a deep-rooted force deeply embedded in the national genes, which can inject profound cohesion and lasting sense of responsibility into the enterprise, making it the most stable foundation for the enterprise.

Professor Liu Shangwei integrates Wang Yangming's philosophy into modern management and provides a unique interpretation. Only by deeply integrating it with cultural wisdom can it truly empower the development of enterprises.

This in-depth exchange between the MBA students and faculty of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology and Huading Weiye Company represents not only a vivid practice of school-enterprise cooperation, but also a profound dialogue between traditional culture and modern business. We hope that the sparks ignited by this intellectual collision will illuminate more paths of integrating knowledge and action.
